About The Role:
Project Administrator:
Manage day‑to‑day project administration across multiple FM and refurbishment projects.
Organise and coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, and project communications.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and internal systems to ensure all project data, metrics, and progress updates are accurate and current.
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including reports, compliance records, and key project files.
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
Collaborate with the QHSE team and cross‑functional teams to support health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and flagging potential risks or delays.
Support procurement activities, maintain contract and service‑agreement records, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate vendor activities and assist with planning and tracking of maintenance schedules and refurbishment works.
Ensure smooth daily operations through strong organisation, communication, and workflow coordination.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows within the department.
Support timely delivery of project milestones and ensure alignment across teams and clients.
