About The Role:

Project Administrator:

  • Manage day‑to‑day project administration across multiple FM and refurbishment projects.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, and project communications.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and internal systems to ensure all project data, metrics, and progress updates are accurate and current.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including reports, compliance records, and key project files.
  • Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with the QHSE team and cross‑functional teams to support health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying and flagging potential risks or delays.
  • Support procurement activities, maintain contract and service‑agreement records, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and assist with planning and tracking of maintenance schedules and refurbishment works.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations through strong organisation, communication, and workflow coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows within the department.
  • Support timely delivery of project milestones and ensure alignment across teams and clients.
