Compliance Manager

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all planned compliance visits are completed in accordance with the agreed schedule and that maintenance activities meet all statutory and mandatory requirements.
Raise remedial works and recommend appropriate corrective actions to maintain compliance and minimise risk across the estate.
Work closely with the customer to identify concerns and improvement opportunities, agreeing shared goals and action plans.
Clearly establish and document areas of responsibility to avoid ambiguity and support effective collaboration.
Develop and maintain the processes and procedures required to ensure compliance across all client sites.
Complete site audits in line with the agreed programme, accurately reporting compliance issues and monitoring actions through to completion.
Travel regularly across all 42 client sites throughout England to support audits, compliance activities and stakeholder engagement.

Key Hiring Criteria:

Previous experience within the Facilities Management or building-services industry.
Strong understanding of statutory and mandatory compliance requirements within the built environment.
Experience using and configuring CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution.
Strong knowledge of FM service and contract delivery, including the associated commercial implications.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly to all 42 client sites across England.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Location and Travel:

This is a mobile role with no fixed base location. Regular travel to all 42 client sites across England is required.
